In the 7 years that I was a member, not ONE time did they ever get anything right the first time. It always took multiple contacts and follow ups to get the request completed. Even when closing the account, it took 2 months and 4 calls to finally get it closed. I think it goes without saying that their customer service was awful!

I have been a member since 1989. The people who worked in St. Paul were very nice and helped us out and have since retired. The ‘kids” who work in Ft. Worth aren’t very knowledgeable or friendly. I think it’s just the way kids are now – they have no respect or work ethic!
