Pretty much just reiterating what others have said. Old provider that they bought out was much better and I wish it never changed. Awful speed and customer service.
Worst internet provider in the country. I’m posting this from my phone service because surfnet couldn’t handle this extremely demanding task. If you use your internet for gaming, streaming, or anything requiring internet, surf net is not for you.
Terrible internet service, always crashes and get horrible ping, can barely run two apps at once on the computer and if I try to watch Netflix on my TV, its always blurry. They also come to “fix it” but somehow makes it worse, this has happened to me twice already
Had an appointment set up for them to come out and see what options were available for our residence. No one showed up nor called. I followed up with an email to them and no reply. Not very professional IMO.
Horrible service. They recently bought our local provider, which I give five stars, and have called the original owner and begged him to come back. The cost is double, customer service is offensive, and the Internet is horrid with constant throttle down. Looking for a replacement!!!
