We encountered Rude Brats And Backstabbing Liars. We are very shocked and disappointed and we will never Trust this entire Company again!
Wouldn’t bank here if it were the last one on earth. Loan officer ghosted me, won’t return calls or email. Couldn’t even get an explanation. It’s for the best though. I wouldn’t want to owe money to these people.
Don’t bank with them. You can never get ahold of anyone when you need to. You just go through an automated system, and never have your issue taken care of. They need make it to where it’s easier to speak with someone. I’ll be going elsewhere

An absolute joke of a credit union. Haven’t been able to transfer MY money from Atomic to my external banks because “their system is down.” Have fun trying to talk to a human when you call them, their automated system will not allow you to just press the pound button to speak to a person.
Have tried calling 2 locatio s for an auto loan. Can never get thru to live person left 3 voice-mails and still no response. Their phone system sucks. Have 2 loans now. Won’t be a third.
