  4. I became disabled this past year and live alone. I had to request that SORD assist by getting my cart to empty by the house and return it, so a handicap sticker was placed on the cart to let driver know. Well since I’ve had to call to report my trash was not emptied a few times and was made to wait till following trash day.

  5. Called on Monday and told them that the dumpster was ready for removal. They said they would pick it up on Wednesday. I called again on Wednesday and it is still sitting in my yard at 1830 hours.

  7. Horrible. I called the Ardmore office to make a simple, concerned complaint and everyone I spoke to was rude and unprofessional. The business’s “mission” is providing safe services and maintaining excellent customer service and they fail at both. Simple, tell your drivers to SLOW DOWN.
