Lose power constantly in my area. Heat of summer at least 3 times ( more than a few hours each time) and rain/snow about 2 times for more than a few hours. Wouldn’t care so much if I didn’t have newborns and toddlers

0 urgency to work with customers or fix issues you are having. The only time they are attentive to you is if you have a balance. I have no way to view my bills or pay them, and they haven’t cared to fix it in months, if not a whole year.

The longest we have been without power is 10 hours. During the fridge temperature this January we only went about 4&1/2 to 5 hours.

No complaints here. Only positive experiences. No issue having them cut down some dying trees near powerlines. Great internet service from Wintek too.
