This credit union left my family and I marooned in Montana because their customer service department checked the lost or stolen box without my consent. Once this is done they can’t do anything about it supposedly. Now we’re stuck and only left with “that’s all I can do”. I will not be banking here for long.

If I could put 0 stars I would. This bank is absolutely terrible to finance through. They have completely destroyed my credit when I have made EVERY payment on time and have proof of it. I have auto pay set up yet I still get mail constantly saying 15-30 day late notice. TERRIBLE BANK!
