  1. Staff was so friendly & helpful. Just moved here & was looking to get our internet hooked up. Staff walked us thru each step & explained everything including cost.

  4. Exorbitant prices for the measly service offered. Ended up switching to cell service and satellite internet and cable. I actually pay less than half of what I was paying before.

  5. They are the only company in town. They won’t let any competition in. Can charge outrageous rates while the service lacks when it rains. It’s called a monopoly and is illegal!

  8. The most horrible internet and service! Spectrum needs to buy them out. Services are entirely too expensive for the horrible internet you get. Definitely a rip off!!

  9. Worst service ever. Internet connection always sucked. I used to live next door to the president and his wife in 2009 and when my dad lost the house his wife bought our house and tore it down. No hard feeling. Just service sucked.

  10. TruVista customers are required to have a landline (which is ancient) in order to have an overpriced internet service only, compared to surrounding cities. HS 250 Megabytes $151.00 monthly, WOW!!

  11. Breanna was the lovely person that answered my call today. Usually I dread calling the support center because most of the people are, lets just say less than happy to be there. She was happy and seemed to actually care about the situation and not seem to be reading from a prompter. Keep up the great work.

  18. I was on hold for 20 minutes. I never did get to talk to a person. The office is closed, you have to go to the drive through. It is frustrating and unnecessary. I will try calling again, but has time to be on hold ???? It’s the phone company-answer the phone!!!!!

  24. Service is mediocre and too expensive. It has a monopoly and takes advantage of its customer base. It is locally owned, gouges it’s customers with exorbitant rates and has always been decades late in offering new services and advanced technology. SHOP ELSEWHERE!

  43. Consistent Internet Speeds. No complaints with service.
    One thing I wish they would improve upon is requiring customers to have 2 or more services. I feel customers should be allowed just one service if they purchase it at premium (i.e. fastest internet speed).

  49. Amazing people helped me right away. Yes I had to wait but they kept me informed. And for 50 mbps and phone is what I wanted. Way cheaper than what I was paying in Illinois for mediacom. $84 for Internet and home phone is great. I now live in South Carolina. Again these people are great getting installed today.
