Horrible customer service. I have called repeatedly, only to be disconnected each time. The policy seems to be not to answer the phone at all. I will be moving my business elsewhere.
Terrible company for benefits. Hopefully our company selects a new provider soon! Websites and app never work properly. Submitting claims is a challenge because they outsource all of their call center folks who don’t care and will just hang up if they can’t do something.
