I pay extra for their recycling service and they throw it in the regular trash truck and refuse to credit money back for the non-service.
Wish I could say otherwise! Do not use, pay the premium for people doing what they say they will do (WM). Not this run a round horse-jockeying business.

The men on the Dillon Valley route have gone above and beyond to get our trash! Once they acquired Talking Trash they just stopped picking up our trash and when we were able to get in touch with someone at the company, they didn’t seem to care and didn’t rectify the situation. We switched to Waste Management and have been happy with them.
