Beginning in 1956, a group of ten local teachers gathered together to form a credit union designed to serve their member-owners and their community. Today, Rogue Credit Union has grown to a financial cooperative with branches across Oregon and Western Idaho. Today, we serve over 175,000 members with an asset base of nearly $3 billion. But what’s most important is not our assets, but holding true to our DNA by giving back to our members and our communities. We’re proud to serve our Medford community through our branch at 1370 Center Drive and look forward to helping you with your financial needs.

I applied for a loan and was denied because they said my most recent account that they could use was the one i opened in 2017 but then they used negative stuff against me from accounts that were from 2004. It seems a little one sided. I’ll never try to use them again with all their shady business dealings

  6. I have never “liked” or “loved” a bank, necessary evil only. However, RCU has friendly staff, that never talk down to you. Their website and online banking are up with the times, and easy to use. All my experiences with them have been positive. I will never use a ‘Bank’ again. RCU is the only place to have an account in this area.

  13. Amazing service! Amazing bank! I have been with them for a few years now and have had nothing but positive experiences. I have had a loan, credit card, savings and checking account with them with zero problems ever. Compared to other banks I have had and another I currently have, this one is the best. Hands down.

  14. I’ve been a customer of this credit union since the 1980s. I’m very disappointed how downhill the service has come. Just simple things like your name, instead of initials, you have to use on your statements or printed on your checks is now a big issue. Not happy anymore.
