I love how they accept most ppl but I think it’s weird how none of my credit cards work for them and they charge a 10$+ on a over the phone payment and make it impossible to pay ur Bill’s without a bunch of hassles

Called today and the lady was very rude over the phone. Opened a checking and I didn’t ever get a bank card which was 2 years ago. Ask for a pay off quote and won’t give me one. I do not recommend this bank.

Super poor communication from the branch lead about our missing business debit card. One email there was no response at all and from the conversation in another email, it appears the problem stemmed from that persons failure to order a card in the first place. Really disappointed!
