Recently laid off from work so I called TCU to see if I could skip a payment on a loan for my car while I get a new job squared away. Completed the application process with a rep and was denied within the hour due to being unemployed. I …
Why are loan interest rates and savings interest rates the same as banks???Last I checked credit unions are member owned. LOWER RATES ON LOANS AND INCREASE RATES ON SAVINGS!
At first loved this credit union … Until I deposited a large sum of money the money was cleared two days later, when I went to pull it out it was a hold put on my sum of money have to wait 9 days, called in over 20 times even had the …
one of the worst finance companies to get a payoff from. i’ve done pay offs over the phone for years and never had such horrible customer service and inability to provide me with the customers loan info so i can do my job.
Usually accurate and attentive; horribly out of character in the auto loan department. My loan officer seemed too busy to actually talk to me. On the day he sent me the electronic document for my signature, which could have meant funding …
Travis credit union are liars and deceitful, I have a car loan through them, lost my job fell behind, made payment arrangements with them then the day before the payment was due they repossessed the vehicle, added on $535 in fees, hoping I …
Their corporate office sucks, I was on hold for over 45 mins and once it reached 5:30 it hung me up. I travel for work and can’t get to a branch before they close and trying to get corporates help is a nightmare.
After my wife passed away I called to pay off her auto loan that was not in my name they would not help me over the phone they they denied receiving the death certificate It’s now 6 months later they say the car is paid off and still have not received the pink slip
Travis is by far the dumbest bank I’ve ever had to deal with, multiple screw ups from multiple individuals and not to mention a snarky rude customer service department. Blows my mind that a local credit union can make a big bank look good. Wells Fargo has given me much better assistants, loans, and customer service.
I have been a customer since the 1970s when the credit union was only one branch at Travis AFB. Over the years I have noticed the decline in service and their problematic programs and software. I have an account at the Navy federal a very strongly considering leaving Travis Credit Union for good. Competency is questionable.
I gave a better rating a few months ago, but commented on the wait times. Apparently, nothing has changed. I need to wait 49 minutes for a rep to dispute a transaction. Not a great way to spend my lunch time. The ‘have a rep call you back’ option doesn’t really work, because I also have to work.
If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Travis Credit Union is going to HELL in a handbag. This last weekend someone used an old debit card that i had believed to be de-activated to wipe out my bank account. Travis Credit Union refuses to …
It’s terrible, they can’t update information about the client, they send letters about strange debts, which causes a credit rating to drop. Never again will I work with them, I do not recommend.
Stay away from TCU. I’ve been with them 15 years for both personal and business. Fed up and now moving accounts. Here’s why — they were never able to get ACH working after years (they admitted they don’t know why). Significantly higher …

Worst customer service ever! Take your business else where!
Travis Credit Union is good with personal banking.
Worst customer service ever! I suggest you go somewhere else!
By far the best bank I’ve had..
I’ve been a member since 2012. No problem since then..
Can’t imagine banking anywhere else. Staff is amazing and service is superb.
Travis CU member since 1978 and counting. No gripe so far.
Better than any bank and very helpful even though I was in the negative! Amazing !!

Quick stop off the freeway to use the a.t.m. There are plenty drive thru machines. In and out no problems.
