  7. First of all, to all those who say the price is fair, they haven’t compared to most other companies. But the reason I’m writing a review is because they ruined our hardwood floors and blamed it on us. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company and I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

  8. You better have a service contract if you want to use these guys. Part that sells on line for $25 – $187 cost $350 from these guys and no way to tell what quality they installed (no box or part number left). Hourly rate is $225/hour for emergency service. Unbelievable.
