This bank is the worst one in history. It doesn’t look out for its memebers and takes advantage of the military memebers I left and I will never come back or send a fellow soldier here in my life swear to god
I been with this bank for about 6 years now and I never seen a bank add 2000 on you car loan I been paying them ever month on time they keep adding insurance even duo I said to them I don’t want it well if you’ll want to do do you im leave this bank
Ive had about 4 car loans with these guys and they’ve always taken good care of me. Today I was in a rush to finalize a deal and Brenda went above and beyond to make it happen for me. She even called before she left work to make sure the delivery of the vehicle went good for me at the dealer. Thank you Brenda and SCNGFCU!

If i could i would give them a big Zero .the worst customer services .they double charged my debit card and when i called they don’t know how to reimburse my money back spoke to them 5 times with 5 different people.
time for me to leave this unorganized bank.
My husband has banked here for many years. They are very helpful and we have always had pleasant experiences with them! I go in there often to make deposits. I like them more than my own bank!
