  5. Ricardo Cardenas, Mrs. Miller are the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE, I WOULD SAY TO THE PRESIDENT OF STANDARD INSURANCE.   6. Beware of a low price. You can not add car rental insurance to the policy. So, if you have a loss of a vehicle in an accident, you’re out of luck for a rental car replacement unless it’s the other party’s fault. And I’m sure that’ll be a whole fight with the other company.

  14. Absolutely the worst experience. Cassie Smith in Claims (Colleyville office) is rude and incompetent, and manager, Lisa Reynolds, does not return calls. Do NOT do business with this company . . . worst customer service. Something that should have taken less than a week has taken almost 2 months and still no reimbursement.
