Great service from Brandon in troubleshooting issues causing Internet service dropping. Went the extra mile and found out it was in the lines. Also very responsive service with tech team.
Very overpriced, but I live in a rural area with no other choice and they take advantage of us. Customer service is good though, I give that 5 stars. The rest sucks.
