  2. Terrible customer service. “Customer Service” agent just repeated the same canned (uninformative) reply (side-stepping the question that was asked) over and over and over and over, was like talking to a parrot that has learned to respond to certain sounds. I shouldn’t be surprised.

  6. At least during tax season, April 1 through April 17, I wish they would have people there to answer questions on the weekends. A lot of us have to work during the same hours they are available during the week.

  13. Utah Tax stupidity at it’s finest. Automobiles are taxed at the highest rates and re-taxed the same year if sold. Now they don’t include mileage information on the title for vehicles more than 10 years old. Those of us with classic or higher end cars are left without state documentation. NOT acceptable.

  19. Paid our sales tax in full of over $2200. The rep didn’t attach it in their system and left it on hold. So they tried to put a lien on our car and made us pay a penalty because it was “late/ on hold” even though it was fully deducted from our account for 2 months.   29. Wait times on the phone are incredibly long. I had an experience when I waited for 20 minutes just to have the system hang up on me. But when you can get someone on the phone they tend to be friendly and professional.
