  1. Dr. Schramm and/or Dr. Ryan was recommended by our pediatrician for ear tubes to prevent ear infections. Dr Schramm seemed nice and knowledgeable! But we waited over an hour for our initial assessment appt, and it was scheduled a month in advance- so just beware of the potential wait!

  2. This place is a joke. The doctor was horrible and literally spent 2 minutes with me, and tried to sell me some “miracle pills” to “fix” a ear problem. I waited for over 45 min just to be seen. Horrible.

  5. I was very impressed by Dr. Shipley, he was kind and professional and I felt in good hands. I was sent for an emergency appointment and they got me in same-day and the front staff was very helpful.

  6. The same as the others, I went in with prolonged sinus inflammation. He didn’t know what the problem was after a full visual inspection and even after having me do a CT scan. Luckily, this time the CT scan was covered by insurance.

  7. Dr. Beus was amazing. After getting no results for months by trying several other things, I went to him and within weeks we had cleared up the issue I had. Dr. Beus is so knowledgeable and pleasant. Highly recommend!

Dr. Beus and the rest of the staff here are some of the most exceptional medical professionals in the industry. ANY ENT-related issues, call and make an appointment right now. You won’t be disappointed.

They demanded I take a hearing test even though I asked to pass (I had already taken one at a different place), then charged me $100 just for the test. Also left me alone in the doctors room for 30 minutes. I wouldn’t go again.

  14. This is a good place for an ENT visit. Granted, I haven’t visited a ton of ENTs, but this staff had their act together. We were treated well and the procedure was explained clearly. Location isn’t bad. Parking is crowded, but egress is a snap.

  17. Billing department has no idea what they are doing. Billed the wrong insurance and then came after us. After they billed it correctly still had the collection agency still come after us for the fees. I would recommend not using this doctor.
