Why does our water go dark yellow atleast once a year?
Fix your phone lines so people can call and talk to you!!!
Seriously bad customer experience. The woman on the phone was very condescending and rude. This is typical of utility services really.
They always treat me with so much respect and kindness they’ve always been so good to me! Love working with them.
How to be Taylorsville-Bennion Improvement District:
1. Don’t send any bills. …
It seems the water keeps getting discolored and then we are told to run the water for at least 20 minutes…..
I have lived here for 10 years and this has been an on going issue…. WHY???! …
We recently contacted 811 (Blue Stakes of Utah, “Call before you dig”) and the only marking TBID made on the property was a circle of paint around the meter… This reveals nothing about the underground water utility line. All we can do …
I am getting kind of tired brown water! It has happened quite a few times at my home and when I call them it is always the same answer. Broken water main or we changed wells. Flush your system for 20 or 30 minutes and it should clear up. I am paying for all that water which is being wasted. To say the least it’s frustrating!
Every time I have interfaced with TBID, they were very knowledgeable and respectful. They were prompt to send someone out when I had a couple of issues and worked very quickly to get things resolved on their end.
Received fantastic customer service from Bonnie today. She was very patient and knowledgeable and resolved my multiple issues quickly.
Certain protcol needs to be followed to add or remove service. The people there are just doing their jobs. Be kind to them. …
I’ve lived in Tville 14 years, water service has been great, not one concern during that time.
