Sad update, tried to set up a checking account and online monitoring of checking and savings, and apparently now my savings account NO LONGER EXISTS. Yikes! Terrible experience so far this week! Plus the online call center screwed up my account so much last time, I just have no choice but to drive over there like it was 1954.
My husband and I had fraudulent activity on our accounts with a week of each other. We were notified quickly. We each went to our Garners Ferry branch and walked out with new debit cards. We had different people take care of us. Both were very nice and efficient. It took about 15 minutes.
