Why does the post office close everyday for an hour? Our tax dollars pay the post office employees and someone should be there to help people during business hours. Also most post offices are open till 5 pm?
The billing department continually does not send my utility bill. I have spent too many hours on the phone and at the department trying to get the service I am paying for. I will not pay any more late fees for the department’s negligence.

Horrible customer service with the Billing department, I was trying to call for 3 days and nobody answer. A lady named Maliejah finallly answer, she was so rude because I was not getting my billing invoice in my email i told her to wait until receive to make sure I got, and she just said she needs to hang up so rude.
