Lies about ETA for multiple days, leaving someone to stare at the hospital bed that they found their mother dead on, sitting waiting for multiple days. Technician Steven is as dumb as a rock. I would leave 0 stars if I could.
This company has shown stellar customer service skills. They are always eager to help and always willing to answer any questions that may come up. They have shown great professionalism and respect to our family. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of this type of service.
