I was charged $35 for asking a question during an annual check up. We won’t be returning. The customer service by the office manager was the worst I have experienced in connection with medical care for my children.
We’ve used James River Pediatrics for both our kids and LOVE them. Check out their facebook page for more reviews since Google doesn’t have many. There are 2 pediatricians and a fairly small staff, so they’re great about getting to know each child individually.
