I am extremely impressed by how most trees were removed near power lines prior to big storms rolling in.

Really disappointed with how this company treats their customers. I have to mail a check every month or pay a $5.95 fee to pay by credit card(!!). They have, on more than one occasion, treated me with disdain when I called with concerns.

Just look at the date January 2. 2022 on for days! They performed like a chicken with its head cut off! They couldn’t offer support because their whole infrastructure is broke!
Just came through to clear paths to the lines. It looks like a tornado came through ..paths of destruction everywhere. No notice at all that this was going to be occuring! But, cleared my neighbors yard clear to the river where there were NO Lines when she asked them too! It’s disgusting!

Great customer service. Also, our power stays on while neighbors who have Dominion Power goes out! They have always been friendly and helpful through all of our contacts with them.

In order to pay the bill you have to pay an additional fee, unless you set up automatic payments through your bank….which comes out 10 days before your due date. The automatic service to pay via their toll free number is terrible. Not used friendly whatsoever. Shouldn’t be charged to pay my bill, how do they get away with that.

Awful customer service. We had payed our bill before we moved out of our home and they wanted to charge us for 2 months after the fact, which was then sent to collections because no one wanted to inform us about the bill. Good luck if you HAVE to use them!!!
