Spoke to a woman on the phone from reception. She was extremely rude and unpleasant. Couldn’t be bothered to answer my question and had a terrible attitude.
The office literally never answers the phone and takes a whole day to get back with you and when they do it’s far too late to even attempt a same day appointment like they used to do. That didn’t start happening until they moved. Not a very personal touch.
The front desk staff is very friendly especially the lady who sits right at the door. I can’t say I agree with the wait time. I’ve waited over an hour to be seen before but not sure if it’s because I was fit in.
I saw Dr. Christopher Ogburn today for the first time for my yearly physical and he was great and very thorough doctor. I would highly recommend him to everybody

I don’t know what’s happened to this place, but I’m getting sick and tired of being harassed about a bill I’m making payments on. I made payment arrangements with the billing department, now I’ve been sent to collections! This is uncalled for! Seems like this facility only cares about money anymore, not the care of the patients.

The staff Prime Care Family are great I have been going there for years, My physician Dr. Amah Shah is one of a kind, he’s knowledgeable, kind and he has so much patience. This is how a family practice should be everywhere caring for people like their a rare gem.
Staff especially Ashleyy who schedules appointments is very rude . The office manger Diedre comes on the phone and even ruder . Changing Drs. offices .
Very upset I had an appointment today and I was 8min late for them to let me know I have to reschedule and it was only one person in the lobby which I think is so funny. I am very upset I have to come up here tomorrow for the same thing.

Front office staff is very pleasant and helpful but that is where it ends. I went for 2 appointments and waited over an hour in the exam room for the doctor the first time and over an hour and a half the second time. Once she came in she spent less than 5 minutes with me each time. I’ll go elsewhere from here forward.
I’m generally satisfied with the care I receive from the doctors and nurses, but I have had two bad experiences with one particular receptionist who schedules appointments. If I’m disrespected one more time, I will be seeking medical care elsewhere.
