Great customer service. Switched to this a few years ago because of frequent human and system errors with my old credit union. PAFCU continues to exceed my expectations.
I waited in line to get change for $20 because of the shortage in change. I needed a 10, 5, and $5 in quarters. They said I could so i send my $20 up the tube then they send it back saying I don’t have an account. What kind of bank can’t make change for a $20
These people are the most inconsiderate people I have EVER dealt with. HORRIBLE customer service. They literally NEVER answer the phone – then want to penalize you for “not corresponding”. I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS BANK TO ANYONE! THEY ARE FRAUDS! IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD ! THEY DONT DESERVE HALF OF A STAR!
