I’ve been here more than once, and every time I was in and out, all staff was very nice, and everything was explained to me. Highly recommend. I am shocked by the bad reviews.
These people are as accommodating as they can be. We had an appointment at 5, it was 6:30 before I got in. BUT as the day goes by who knows what happens. Emergencies come up, etc. After all, they worked me in because we live out of town.
Refused to do a doctor ordered chest X-ray for pneumonia because I had a negative COVID-19 within the previous 14 days. They said their policy was to refused service to ANYONE WHO HAD TAKEN A COVID-19 TEST. THE rep embarrassed me in front of the entire waiting room and told me I could go to the ER and that she didn’t care what I did.
They have it listed literally everywhere they close at 6pm. I was told they close at 6, I take off work to take my husband to get his X-ray because he can’t drive. I call them and am told “ya no we closed at 5” even though their website, google and the receptionist told me 6:00pm. Quality work guys
