  1. Second time I’ve been to preferred imaging in the last six months. Both times I was treated very professionally and seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time.

  2. Confirmed info by phone twice prior to appointment. Fasted for 4 hours, then had to wait 2 hours before they finally informed me that they couldn’t do my scan.

  5. The staff was very friendly and respect full , I enjoyed great conversation in the waiting room, The drink wasn’t too terribly bad I had to get down before my scan, and it really didn’t take very long at all I was in and out quickly! Thank you Preferred Imaging!

  7. Left foot MRI was done. Radiologist said they did not see anything that could be causing pain. I asked if another Radiologist could read MRI and they told me “no, we don’t have someone else read results from another”. So, they said I would have to order another MRI. No thanks!

  9. Very friendly staff. The place is very clean and professional looking with a western style paint jobs in the MRI rooms. The equipment is some of the best on the market. Instead of stupid cheap ear plugs, they let you use special headphones so you hear music to drown out most of the noise that a MRI machine makes.

  15. I went in for an MRI, the staff was very professional and friendly. They really made me feel comfortable. There was little wait time and they walked me through every part of the process. I really appreciate that. I would highly recommend them.

Only negative was the wait time, but I know there’s days things go slow, and days things go fast. Overall, I’d give a positive report to any one asked if they should go to y’all’s facility.

The results I’ve received from MRI’s I got back pretty quick. The machine noise are a little nerve wracking but they have headphones with music to help drown some of it out
