Highest water rates on water we have ever had. We have lived in several states and several cities in Indiana and is quadruple in cost. The water is not the best, either very hard.
Required to go in person to pay a start of service fee during a pandemic?!? Not to mention, have miss billed me repeatedly. Also, you can’t even set up auto pay on the website.
Our water tastes disgusting and we have terrible hard water issues. We have gone through several dishwashers and now needing a new washing machine. They have come to dig our yard for broken pipes several times, but it never seems to be fixed. The patch job in front of our house is an eyesore.
Moved to Indiana from Louisville and boy did I take the Louisville water for granted. The water from this company is awful, tastes disgusting and good luck getting any of your fixtures or dishes to look clean. Sent a water sample off for testing and it came back at 12 gpg which is considered VERY hard. Terrible.
I really do wish we could choose our utility companies the same way we choose TV and cell carriers. They require a $100 deposit that they will keep as long as you’re a customer and they force a minimum monthly charge of $20 regardless of …
Awful customer service, shut off our water after we didn’t receive a bill for December because of the national mail issues. Sent payment as soon as we received the next bill, they shut it off 2 days after we received the bill. Water is bad like everyone else is saying too, but we broke down and got a softener.

Had to buy a very expensive whole home water filtration system due to how terrible the water quality is… this filter is replaced every 15 days and is supposed to be every 30… horrible water quality!!
Had a water pipe break in rental house. Watson water was absolutely terrible in helping. Almost 900.00 for us to pay! Lousy customer service. When I called for explanation or to get some help the woman was crabby and loud and rude.
