  1. Highest water rates on water we have ever had. We have lived in several states and several cities in Indiana and is quadruple in cost. The water is not the best, either very hard.

  6. Awful customer service, shut off our water after we didn’t receive a bill for December because of the national mail issues. Sent payment as soon as we received the next bill, they shut it off 2 days after we received the bill. Water is bad like everyone else is saying too, but we broke down and got a softener.
