Someone in mortgage ( loan office ) ran my social security number without my permission or signature.
Bank only offered me a ‘ I’m sorry. Unacceptable!!
Everybody is so friendly when I come inside the bank and saying hello,when I need my debit card open up to pay for my groceries someone is always right on it.
Very nice service, personally wouldn’t recommend them as a first choice bank, just because they don’t have branches out of Spencer County and I move around a lot, but otherwise reliable and supportive service altogether. Branches I’ve been to are well kept and have friendly staffing as well.
I recently was involved in some financial issues, that had me use this Santa Claus, IN facility.

Main branch for four county banks. Two floor structure. Public meeting rooms. Friendly people.
