I was treated very well, while I was at the TFH HEALTHPARK- Brandon. I received expert care during my procedure. Nora was excellent when accommodating for my special needs.
I knew I had broken my toe, but I wanted an X-ray to be sure It was broken and to make sure I was doing the right things for it to heal. I went here during my lunch break and was back to work an hour later. The staff was friendly, place was very nice and I was in and out quickly.

Dr. Victoria immediately diagnosed the cause of my pain after listening to what I explained, asking questions, and looking at the area. Prescribed pain medication and made recommendations to prevent it from reoccurring. When I googgled her diagnosis, it appears to be right on point.

The Nurse, Doctor, & front desk staff were professional & pleasant. But I waited, in pain, for 2 hours in a cold, windy waiting room because the outside door was propped open. They sent my Rx to the wrong pharmacy so that it took 3 extra hours for me to start treatment.
My office visit was exceptional and the service was very quick. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The doctor was very professional and knowledgeable as well as kind and the treatment was successful. I felt much better the next day after taking the medication prescribed for my cold. I’ve used this facility many times, for coronavirus testing. I’ve always gotten the friendliest, most efficient service from the staff. Never a rude interaction. They seem to really take pride in their work and it shows in in the manner in which they treat their patients. They really know their stuff!
I’ll start by saying the staff here were great. Making an appointment seemed pointless. I checked in at 1:30 for my appointment, didn’t get called back until 2:45. I didn’t see the provider until 3:20. The staff were all friendly and professional, I just didn’t expect to be here for 2 hours with a set appointment.

I had to do a pre-op covid test prior to my surgery on January 18th at Tampa General, so it was necessary for me to do a drive-thru test at the Urgent Care Clinic. I was in and out of there in my car in less than 5 minutes. The staff was courteous and very efficient in getting my test done.

From arriving to departure it was excellent. Everyone was as nice as they could be. Answered all my qiestions. Dr and his team were excellent and made my experience relaxed and even fun. Okay, I’m one of those who ALWAYS finds the “bad” in things. TGH through me for a loop. This place was PERFECT. There must be very happy with their jobs because I left there feeling wonderful.
