  6. Just passing through after attending a program about violence at Carlow University. The university is so vibrant and has expanded very much since I attended in the late 1970s. I hope to visit the Carnegie Museum and check out music possibilities on campus.

  7. This doctor would not even listen and I think he did not know how to treat me apparently since he tried to tell me it was all in my head and I needed to see a psychiatrist when the enlarged pallet is very easy to see and all other ENT could see the problem they just weren’t sure how to fix it or what was causing it.

  8. A university with a broad base of specialties and an even broader base of students. A great campus, a great education, occasionally great sport teams. Hail to Pitt!

  9. Please cease the cruel experiments that go on in your laboratories. This is an insult to academia, the very values that you supposedly represent. Knowledge should not come at this cost.

  10. I like Pitts a lot since everything is so convenient and make me comfortable. I pretty soon get used to work and study here and the people around here are nice and friendly.

  11. World class education, culture, and facilities. Earned my BA and MEd at Pitt that prepared me for a forty year career in Education and Mental Health. Hail to Pitt!

  12. The University of Pittsburgh is a top-rated public university and one of the best research universities in the country. Friendly students, educated professors, and a great college atmosphere.

  13. I contacted various administration offices for a simple request of public information and they were extremely rude and quickly replied by saying they will no longer respond. …

  14. OK school but not worth the money. Unless you are from the Pittsburgh area and unable to relocate, I would go elsewhere. I felt this way about it since I was attending some 20 years ago. My house is 4 blocks away from the cathedral, and …

  15. Transfered to Pitt from another school Fall 2013, easily one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The Oakland campus is the perfect place to get an education, and there are so many opportunities that can only come from being so close to the 3rd largest corporate head-quater city in the US. H2P!

  16. Way overpriced and nobody gives a damn about you. It’s all about the money with this school. Would have chosen something else. They never help you with finding a job, or anything. Regret every day I spent on this campus. Place absolutely sucked.

  17. Hello, I do not attend this school but my father has (attended cmu too). Once I graduate of highschool I will be pursuing my dreams and trying to attend to this school! Good luck and have fun!

  18. Students here seem to have little to know tolerance for anyone who is not a Progressive leftist. Like many colleges, they preach about diversity and inclusion, but when it comes to diversity of thoughts and ideas, they simply do not care.

  19. As others have stated now that I’m older and wiser I reflect and realize what a great school Pitt really is. The lessons you learn there will carry with you for your life; its the kind of school that will ‘wake you up’. Looking forward to …

  24. The Cathedral of Learning is an architectural masterpiece. Take a tour of it if at all possible. We were a little late getting there, but were able to check out some of the different rooms representing different countries around the world. Very interesting!

  25. I saw that Pitt Studios hosted and interview with Kathy Barnette for US Senate and had a tour of the facilities and was able to talk to many students.

  26. Beautiful inner city campus. The landscape here continues to change and grow with the university.
Throughout Covid-19 this campus remained a safe place to visit

  27. It has its pluses and minuses, but overall I think my daughter is getting a fairly good education there. The university could improve tremendously on housing and food service for the students. Additionally, the faculty supervisor in charge …

  30. It’s a Beautiful building inside and out. The nationality rooms are (during better times) open for tours. They are a real treat during the Holiday season when each of them are decorated to represent their country. This is the only time the 2 huge fireplaces are lit and tended to.

  31. Excellent university for many reasons. There are multiple top 50 ranked STEM and humanities programs. The funding for research is plenty enough that both undergraduate and graduate students will not have a problem finding opportunities. The …

  32. This campus is beautiful! The landscaping and architecture is outstanding too. When you come to campus you can’t help but noticing the cathedral of learning. It’s like something out of Batman and Harry Potter once you walk inside. …

  33. This place is awful. Terrible learning environment, professors don’t give a damn, did not feel safe for even a second, noisy and obnoxious. After one year of attending this college and I already know I’ll never return even for a visit. …

  34. I absolutely adored this campus! Granted, I didn’t see all of it, but what I did see, I loved! Heinz Chapel was so majestic!

  35. It was the 4th of July during the COVID Pandemic so the streets were pretty empty. However, the beauty of the campus and adjacent amenities were appearant while we toured the campus. Beautiful location and fantastic rang of STEM degrees.

  36. I’m originally from Texas and kinda ended up here as a freshman on accident. All my dream schools rejected me or their financial aid was not pleasant. I have visited TONS of schools from Chicago, LA, NYC, ATL, TX + and all of them were “my …

  38. Schools back in!
All the kids are following rules and social
Distancing wearing masks. The restaurants were booming but in a good way. Everyone seems to be having a happy time.

  39. Nice campus. Parking is tough at peak times. And walking from one side of campus to the other during class change can be impossible in 10 minutes given how large the campus is. Pitt is a very nice college though.

  40. My student Phil is awesome..
Dr. Nelson is also awesome. So far I liked every Dr. That worked with my student Phil and I’ve been going steady since last April and probably will be there for …

  41. Incredible building, it truly looks like a gothic cathedral, that’s why they call it the Cathedral haha, the Nationality Classrooms are also an admirable idea. Walking in the main study hall leaves an impression you will never forget.

  42. Lovely campus with retro European looking buildings. Carnegie museums and Carnegie libeary is near by. Cathedral of learning from University of Pittsburgh is a must visit attractions in Pittsburgh.
