You have to pay with cash or check. The owners are cheap and don’t care about the customers. They are the only place to get natural gas for North East, and they charge you for everything especially if it’s their fault!
The only service in 2016 that doesn’t offer any electronic payment options. I will literally develop you an online payment system with the lowest transaction cost possible and more than make up for it in processing time, FOR FREE. Because it’s 2016!!!! The easiest thing for a customer to do should be to give you their money!
Can this place please go out of business. Struggled through the winter with this bill. Have been paying more every month than the bill for the past few months and they want to shut us off with 3 kids in the house. Most rude people I have met in my life. Microwave meals for a while. Thanks a lot scumbags

Had to schedule to have my meter changed out. They were prompt for sure. The two guys that showed up were very nice and very good at thier jobs. Nice to see this side of the company. Just like everyone else I have had my share of the women at the front desk.
North East H&L needs to update their payment method to include Online and By Phone. Its 2020 and we are in the middle of a pandemic. They need new blood and more intelligent workers whom can work in the 21st Century. They need to get rid of the women who are rude.

online billing would be nice!! please i work 9-5 and my husband 7-3 its very hard to get into the office at times to pay the bill. This is 2018!
