  6. Absolute worst. From the sometimes-masking receptionists, to the dismissive psychiatrists and therapists, not to mention the horrendous location. Try anywhere else first, talk to a sock puppet before going to these jackals

  7. I have been a patient here about 6 years. I feel as I have been given the medication needed to help me through. Also I was recently transferred to Mitsy and she is very caring about her patients , listens and will not rush you. She does care about helping people.

  8. I started going here about Two months ago and I think it’s one of the best places I’ve ever been to I have Teresa Scheerenberge. She’s been helping me through my bipolar and she help me through my sons death anniversary and I couldn’t find …

  13. If I could give zero stars I would. I was receiving good care here but the receptionist is the absolute worst. Was quoted for therapy sessions and was told it would be $40 an appointment. I had previously stated I didn’t want therapy as it …

  14. The receptionist desk has consistently not worn masks throughout the pandemi. It’s always at least one, if not more. I asked politely multiple times for them to put it on and they got very upset with me. If you care about health and safety, this is unfortunately not the place for you.

  15. I’ve had a great experience here working with Dr. Giakas, Lauran Wendt, Angeline Brechlin, Shannon Ferriter and Julie Menshing. I’m a patient as well as my son and they’ve really changed our lives as far as my son goes. He has pretty severe …

  16. The receptionists here are awful. They’re rude and gossip about clients as you’re waiting in the lobby. Pretty unacceptable for a mental health facility, and not the place to go if you suffer with social anxiety.

  17. Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever gone for therapy. Please do not come here, they not only charge you an arm & a leg for there service but they are of mp help professionally. The therapist don’t even listen to you, will pull their phone …

  21. The receptionist act like they hate their job and make calling in completely unenjoyable. If you have any sort of social anxiety please go somewhere else, they are rude and sound like they don’t care to help you. The only reason they got any sort of star is because my husband’s psych is great. Do better.
