Make sure to keep an eye on your bill. They made 3 mistakes on mine within a year of service with one bill charging me $70 more than it should have been. They were able to fix 2 of the mistakes. And make sure to call about receiving your deposit back or else you won’t receive it.

Crooks I received my bill which is normally no more than 50 dollars. I got a new bill in the mail today saying 250 dollar and a letter saying that my toilet may be losing water this is not possible I checked it and it not nothing in the house is leaking. It impossible for a bill to be this high more than 4x what I normally pay
You get a $15 late fee pay in your water bill the same day it is due.. They charge you $2 some change to pay your bill with a credit card. Your water bill is due at the end of the month and if it is not paid it is turned off that month. If you do not have to live in Raytown and get water live somewhere else lol
