I am forever grateful for the ladies and gentlemen that work there they are angels and have been God sent thank you for all that y’all do and put up with
Worst place I have every had for water company and really bad that there is only one choice to get your water. Very bad customer service and they can be cause we have no other choices
If you plan on moving to Springtown make sure you have $1,000 to spend just getting your electricity and water turned on because that’s what they want from you and there are no other options.
I had to call in a couple times to get service started. They are rude, unhelpful, and talk like they’re doing me a favor as they take $300+ to start a service that was never disconnected.
Horrible horrible place of business.. Time to step up to 21st century and actually send out notice email or call if there is a past due balance like most businesses do. The office is very unorganized and ridiculously unprofessional. Make sure you check your account twice because they don’t have a clue.. Just monkeys pushing buttons.
This place is a monopoly had service in Weatherford 10 years and a letter brought to Walnut Creek of past payment history and $450 was the charge to turn on new water ////// absolutely nuts and the bad part is they say they are ( non-profit …
Giving no notice to customers thru email during this storm is unacceptable. Comparing to the surrounding cities the customer communication was total failure.
We’ve been customers for 12 or so years and never had one issue. The staff is always very friendly. We always pay our bill promptly so there are no problems with that either.
If I could give 0 stars I would this is the worst water company I’ve ever dealt with itd be easier if I pay a different water company to come out and put in their equipment rather then sticking with walnut creek and itd be cheaper
35 dollar bill for no water usage at all. That’s their base monthly charge. Highway robbery. Very rude on the phone and uninterested in helping you solve the problem with any issues. If I could give them zero stars I would.
Customer for 6+ years. No known issues regarding water quality or color and pressure is a 6-10. Staff has always been helpful and my bill always reasonable. Local Water, Local District…Supplying Locals!
Expect routine water outages. When there is not a water outage, expect low water pressure. And if you pay your water bill for years, on time through automatic payment plan, and then you are one day late because you got a new credit card, they will slam you with fees. Terrible service.
Running a monopoly up here! 350$ just to turn water on. Theres no other option for my house. I am a disabled veteran on fixed income and they are forcing me to pay 350 non refundable to them. All they have to do is change the name on account to my name from the sellers name. MONOPOLY i am contacting an attorney over this.
Came to get get water switched into my name, SWITCHED…. the water is already running just need a simple name swap, got charged 350 not sure how that works hmmm. Not even worried about the money as much as the fact that the ladies up there were very rude had horrible attitudes toward me.
Please explain to me how your current water bill is due on 1st
Will be disconnected on 8th of month
And WALNUT CREEK DISCONNECT NOTICE IS DATED 1ST OF MONTH. …
Have walnut creek at my rent house just bought my home and wanted to transfer water service to the new house and it needed a meter put in so I had to pay 2038 dollars for it and they won’t give me a service date of when there coming out to put it in so in turn it’s holding everything up wouldn’t use this place if I had a choice
Crooks! $250 for a customer activation fee when I have perfect credit this is a scam because this is the only water company you can get Look up the definition of monopoly this place is a joke
Save your money and dig a well. Walnut Creek has extremely poor customer service and even worse management practices. They charge a ridiculous deposit (that you get back when you close your account. Who stops having the need for water anyway?) and a large connection fee that you don’t get back. Alas, they are the only option….
The customer service sucks. I see why they want Auto pay. It’s because they have nobody down there with customer service skills. They also have assinine practices regarding payment. I was down there for twenty minutes or so a few months …
Four days without water, so far !! Took all precautions by letting my faucets drip and covering my outside faucets and Walnut Creek Water cut off the supply of water because their pumps are frozen and can’t deliver to customers !! They we’re totally unprepared for the freezing weather. Can’t even get through to them on the phone !!
Terrible customer service. Poor quality water. Look up their water reports. So bad they have to send out these failing grade reports to their customers every quarter. With the snow storm the have completely failed to communicate with their customers. Days without water no communication of help from the company.
$350 Deposit they call it BUT you do not get it back until you move! I asked “We purchased our home, what if I don’t move?” her response was “Then you never get your deposit back” as she laughed. The staff in this office when I went to turn …

During one of the worst times you guys shut your phone’s off and gave absolutely zero information to any Springtown resident regarding information about our water. Azle, Reno, Lake Worth all have working lines and sent emails to residents letting them know if the wells were frozen or shut down. Literally the worst water company.
Started new service last month. Definitely sticklers for ensuring service request is approved properly if your not the home owner. Their policies, their prerogative. The individuals I dealt with were just doing their job and remained …

Horrible place to do business with charged my father about 359 dollars for service to get started. Deposit is outrageous and fees. A connection fee for water that was already going from the builder of the home. Really nobody had to turn …
Two months ago I gave them 2 stars. I have since downgraded to 1 star as the entire area is getting fed up with this joke of a company. You’d be better off sipping from a hoof print in the mud then relying on quality water service from this bunch.
One week after the snowstorm 2021 our entire community cannot get water to our homes! Shame on walnut creek. Also….it’s in the Riverside Home Builders subdivision. Don’t buy from this place. Stay out of Rocky Ridge Subdivision if you …
Sends past due notices threatening to disconnect water when the bill was paid on time via their auto pay. Does not alert users to boil orders, no emails, phone calls, or text messages, you have to log on to their website before taking every drink to be sure it’s safe.
This company is a joke! I received my bill, paid it early, then get a oops our mistake we didn’t charge you enough. So I log in to pay the remainder and they seriously want to charge me another $3 fee. So they want $6 in “fees” in one month …

This company is a pain in the neck. If you have the option to go with a different company I would definitely do so. I do not receive my bill until 7 days before it is due (takes 5 business days to send) so I have to send it the same day …

All the last year we never once hit 140 gallons, usually sticking around 80 to 100, but this October they say we hit 691 gallons costing $544. We haven’t had any leaks or anything unusual but this is how they do everyone out here.
Taking on a fee trying to say it to turn back on the water. My water bill never been late and always paid on time. Also was never turned off. Always have extra fees for no reasons at all. Wish I could rate this 0 stars it’s a pso company.
SCAMMERS! I didn’t want to believe the reviews on here but sadly they are ALL true. They are crooks and find ways to steel your money through fees. The office has the worst customer service if you can actually get a person to answer. …

They don’t answer calls, and they are are constantly shutting off our water.
Take your business elsewhere.
Poor customer service. Receptionist very rude. Over charges on water usage.
I am forever grateful for the ladies and gentlemen that work there they are angels and have been God sent thank you for all that y’all do and put up with
Been a customer for 9 years. Never had an issue. The employees are nice.
Worst place I have every had for water company and really bad that there is only one choice to get your water. Very bad customer service and they can be cause we have no other choices
The ONLY corrupt water company for Springtown, TX proper. Over charges and manipulates water usage and billing.
If you plan on moving to Springtown make sure you have $1,000 to spend just getting your electricity and water turned on because that’s what they want from you and there are no other options.
