Jolly in Accounting called when there was a problem with a deposit. She took care of the exception manually and was kind enough to call and let me know she had done that. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Great place to bank. Thank you Jolly you are the best!!
From 15 years ago till today incredible customer service. I remember getting a car loan here 15 years ago and it was by far the best prices on the peninsula. Everyone here is super friendly.
There aren’t enough good things to say about the Seaside Branch Employees! EVERYTIME I enter the branch they always greet me by my name making it such a personal experience and they are all always so pleasant. Duan and Dolores are so wonderful… great job CCFCU Seaside branch!
