  12. Spam/Robo calls were stopped when I used Nomorobo on my landline. Spectrum now uses a program called ‘Call Guard’, which is essentially useless. In addition to the inability to stop any malicious calls, Spectrum’s call Guard prohibits my use of the Nomorobo program – an effective solution to spam/robo calls.
