Horrible experience, they cancelled my policy without any previous notice, I realized it was cancelled 7 days after, when I received the reimburse check. They didn’t even took a minute to include a letter explaining the reason why they cancelled it. I’ll never buy a policy from them again. I’ll give them 0 star if it was possible.
Absolutely horrible.if I could give ZERO stars I would. Do NOT do business with them. I closed in February, paid for the year…we are now in Apri, and they have cancelled my policy. So you cover me for almost 2 months just to cancel? I wouldn’t recommend them, no clue why my agent even recommended them. Run!
