Not happy. I arrived early as instructed for a 1:50 appoint. 30 minutes after my scheduled time, I was told that it would probably be another 15 minutes before I would be called back. I left.
My husband’s appointment was for 830am. At 930am they called him back. This is not a comfortable procedure and to make patients wait an hour seems very uncaring.
