Customer service is very professional on-time repair on time appointment and when you call them they respond is very good they’re always very professional with everything they do totally enjoyed and enjoy their service it’s so good I get to watch the channels I like watching at a very low cost

Tried this company and it was not a good experience. Service dropped out multiple times. Customer service was unreachable so I returned all the equipment to be refunded. That was 3 months ago and still no refund issued. You cannot get in touch with them at all.
Maybe the worst experience I have ever had with a company. The service just stopped and when you finally get a hold of someone they tell you what you want to hear but do not follow through. Honestly stay way from the company unless something drastically improves.
