I went for a Covid test which was negative thankfully. However I felt that the doctor was dismissive when I ask questions about my health and I felt that the woman at the front desk was borderline rude when asking about insurance. The PA was kind and attentive.
They provide terrible service and are very rude. My mother suffers terrible leg pain, uses a cane, and has a neuromuscular disease and they were very inconsiderate of her issues and made her wait over five hours. They also give inconsistent information when you call them in advance.
