Great Company! Never had a problem with them. Cheaper than ECUA. When I moved over on this side of Pensacola, they hooked up my water right away. Hell of a lot better than ECUA which charges way too much and their employees are dumb as a rock and not very knowledgeable.
Water bill was 29.00 and they were going to cut it off. Called to pay it because it was so small I honestly forgot to pay it and the lady was so rude and charged me an extra 20.00
Worst service I have ever encountered! This is the only bill that I have not set-up automatic payments on because the process is ridiculous. I don’t receive past due notices in the mail until after my water is disconnected. One more month then I am out of this place. I can not handle this company anymore.

Huge water bill of 989.00. They worked out a payment plan for me. It was my fault due to leaking toilet and a running hose. Very nice and considerate.
