I have never been to this clinic when I didn’t have to wait over one hour to get called back. Then it’s another hour long wait to be seen. Also, some of the front desk staff are rude. Not all, but some. I really hate the place, and am looking for another provider.

Dr. Laura Smith is one of the best ARNPs I have ever been to. She genuinely cares about her patients. Only problem with this facility is the long wait before being called back. And getting prior authorization but I believe the insurance company is the problem there.
Dr. Laura Smith is one of the best ARNPs I LOVE seeing her, she is very attentive and makes me feel so comfortable. The only downside of this office is the wait, otherwise very great office. 🙂
