Night staff is friendly, but the day staff in the ER is horrendous. Speaking to them over the phone or in person, whether they mean to or not they are extremely rude. In person it is 10 times worse. Night staff is friendly, but the day staff in the ER is horrendous. Speaking to them over the phone or in person, whether they mean to or not they are extremely rude. In person it is 10 times worse. It was one of the worst stay i have ever experiences. The air-conditioning would not turn off , they gave me a total of 5 blankets, I still had bloody clothing on when I left. There was more but this give you an idea of how it went. Thank God I was only there for 1 1/2 days.
