WCA Waste Corporation is a full-service, nonhazardous solid waste management company that provides collection and disposal services to commercial, industrial and residential customers.
The customer support is horrible I have been trying to cancel services for over a month now and they keep giving me the run around. but of course i get my bill on time every month.
Worst service ever… also been over week and1/2 and still has made transaction with bank after making phone payment…. when you call it always says leave a message and nobody ever returns calls…. worthless to have a business that has crappy employees that dont take care of business for u. Burn your trash if possible…lol

Horrible customer service, rarely pick up as scheduled and be sure to check your bill because they will over charge on purpose. I say this honestly, WCA is hands down the worst company I have ever done business with.
THE SERVICE IS SO POOR AND THEIR PAYMENT SYSTEM DOES NOT MATCH THE RECORD THEY GIVE TO THEIR DRIVERS, WE PAY OUR BILL THIS COMPANY IS TRASH FROM HELL! IF WE HAVE OTHER OPTIONS ILL GET ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER BUT THEY HAVE MONOPOLY IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD.
Trash pick up was unreliable. Their crew took one of our personal recycling bins for no reason, and then the company refused to replace it or reimburse us when we had to replace it.
They went 2 weeks without picking up our trash saying that we didn’t have it out on time…. when I left it out at the street the full two weeks in hopes they would see it the following trash day. There customer service sucks & they never answer the phone.
Constantly having trash left inside the bottom, they NEVER lift my trashcan to empty (and seriously, there’s rarely more that 1 bag, a child could do it) and therefore anything UNDER that bag remains! I’ve called and left a message but we’ll see if I ever hear back considering the reviews here…….
0 Stars. Should go out of business. Won’t replace old garbage bins with newer ones that have tops on them. Getting water in them, because no tops on old ones. They don’t Care. Been calling for 4 months!!!
Rented two rolloffs from them for a time sensitive job. Getting them dumped was like pulling teeth. Terrible customer service and even worse roll off service. At least that’s the service I got from the Joplin Missouri office

They picked up our trash like clockwork for a number of years and then they just started getting completely unreliable w/ their service. We have had them miss trash pickup in our neighborhood for the past couple of weeks and when we ask the office on the phone, they say they came and picked it up when it’s obvious that they didn’t.
Would not even give this company 1 star. Horrible!! Our trash hasn’t been picked up in 2 1/2 weeks. Shame on you WCA. I have called 6 times and they tell me they will come but my trash continues to sit on my curb.
You pay your bill and they will not service your dumpster. They claim to have GPS on routes, but can never provide the service. They refuse to pick up trash won’t notify you and create massive issues.

The driver obviously knew what he did and left the dumpster flipped on its side. The Tomball location says they won’t do anything till the 27 that’s 4 days from now. So we now have trash in my uncle’s driveway and ditch, plus the dumpster is on the edge of the road.

Honestly, how hard is it to pick up our recycle bin as expected? This isn’t complicated, return the recycle container where you found it, my neighborhood pays for backdoor pickup. This is specific to the recycling pickup service provider, the regular trash pickup is excellent.
