this is really a place where taking your money is their goal, very poor response, having issues with billing and of course no-one will act to help, very disappointed with the way this company don’t care about costumers, they only care about stealing your $$
I have nothing but good things to say about Vintage. They are very professional, friendly and very quick with responding to a community problem . I especially have nothing but great things to say about our community manager Debi Vis. Debi is very personable and always responds quickly to my questions and emails!
Vintage Group manages our HOA in Dana Point and has been doing a wonderful job of staying on top of all issues that arise. We are especially happy with Sarah Reed our Community Manager.

After hour Emergency rep extremely rude! Not willing to help at all! She said “I’m not going to argue with you! There’s nothing I can do! call back in the morning” Hung up the phone! Repairs are never getting done! No intro package to new homeowners, we are left clueless for an entire year!
