Poor service after their ownership changed hands. Many of the benefits of having an account there versus a bank disappeared. They added many fees.
.During the week day it is harder to go with so many other jobs that are 9am to 5pm however on Saturday they are open from 9am to 1pm the whole building so that people that can’t make it during the week day can go on Saturday
Can’t stand this bank. Nothing but problems with them. Horrible customer service and ways of dealing with issues regarding their credit cards and giving me what I need for my mortgage company… will be changing banks this week!
Very poor service especially their mortgage dept. Lack of training as evidenced by having to send info twice,failure to return phone calls, failed to let me know of something needed in a timely manner so now my closing is delayed again

Have never had an issue with banking here or when getting several vehicle loans. Each person I dealt with were always nice and professional.
