  9. No emergency contact. The oxygen concentrator died in the middle of Saturday night and not enough oxygen cylinders to last until Monday. The concentrator had over 25000 hours when we received it at intake. Find another company that actually cares!

They did not follow through with delivery of essential items and when I called to question them (multiple times) they would repeatedly tell me they had no record of what I was talking about. The customer service is abysmal and they can be very, very condescending.
