Very disappointed with this bank! Poor customer service. My account balance is never correct. Applied for a home loan, gave me the run around for two months to just say they cant approve me a week before closing…..come to find out they have too many foreclosures and cant give out home loans!!
Most time pretty good always friendly but some don’t deposit our checks right when deposit , and today they closed their window as we pulled up and now we don’t have all ingredients for thanksgiving dinner. Thanks for ruining thanksgiving
